The PIVUS cohort was used as the discovery cohort.
The association between endostatin and creatinine-based GFR in PIVUS was similar (r = -0.49, p < 0.001). The positive correlation between endostatin and ACR was also highly statistically significant but appeared slightly weaker ( fig. 1 c, d), r = 0.28 in the ULSAM cohort and r = 0.16 in the PIVUS cohort.
